Just for fun, I decided to make a 3 part trilogy of the FACELIFT CD, using all 12 tracks in order in TOS ( along with part 2 and 3 ). I do not know if this has been done before ( it certainly hasn't with this band ).Also, to pay respect to Layne Staley who died approx. April 5th, 2002. There are the correct number of syllables per line, but obviously rhyming had to be changed a bit to make this work ( all 3 versions ). PS- These should be read in order, even though most people have heard "We Die Young" and "Man in the Box", few but AIC fans will remember I Can't Remember ( part 2 ).

* the song is called PUT YOU DOWN, but that would have made even LESS sense

Again, excellent job on the concept of this parody, but honestly, your version of DIRT was a tad better than this one, but overall, still great!!
Yeah, that one was better, and written last. I actually started this trilogy with the song " I Can't Remember ", because it had no choruses. We Die Young was written second ( v1 ), and Man In The Box was written last ( v3 ). Was maybe thinking of doing Bleed The Freak and Sea Of Sorrow as well, but nothing gelled there ( besides, 3 was enough ).

I've got the album Facelift. I only listen to the songs: I know somethin' (Bout you), We die young, man in the box, and Sea of sorrow. But I've never listened to I can't remember. PS- My name was Alice In Chains Fan but I might be named "Rikochet" or "007" or "AIC Fan" Just to let you know that.

OK, I finally got the song (Well, the demo version) And apparently, good pacing, and I'm sticking with the good stuff comment. 5's
Thanks Dominic, and the demo is very similar to the on released on Facelift. The bootleg demo I have is recorded too fast by around 10% but is still pretty good.
