What day is it today? The day it goes on paper in the US that Gothic Re-electocracy did triumph over Evil Hollywoodocracy. It is also the day when I really hope that I've spelled "quid pro quo" correct and that I'm using it right, or the joke here is on me. ;-)

I think your use of "quid pro quo" is correct. Unfortunately, it applies to all politicians, even ones that I vote for. I question your use of "gothic," but I thought this was a very good parody. Also, I checked out your web site today, and I like your clever collection of quotes and limericks.

John: Your input and visit is appreciated. I also agree with you that this applies to most politicians. As for "gothic" it was no evil intent or long thought behind the usage of that word, I just needed an adjective to go with re-electocracy or it felt that I should have to cut the adjective pre to hollywoodocracy too, but now that you've made me think about it� hmm� The top floors of 200 year old Palace America is inhabited by pale white men in black� ;-)
