I have two mosquito bites one right on top of the other on my right calf. And another right below those too just healed. The events in this song never happened to me but i have gone through a field of stinging nettles and a swarm of bees, both in shorts and both times with my cross country team
We crawl out of the overgrown grass
Sure wasn't neato
Although this way was much more fast
It is chock-full of mosquitoes
With shorts on, and no bug spray
We were lacking protection
Starts to itch all over our legs and feet
Hope we don't get infections

We saw brown standing water below
Should have known to avoid it
I got bitten on the tip of my nose
That's an awful annoyance

Oh sure we just couldn't go an extra mile or two
Oh sure just because by some bears we were chased
There's a swelling on my whole body

But it's funny as steel pipes

You are actually very lucky. I saw on the Animal channel a person whose clothes had eggs from the Tulu fly on it, and after he put them on, the larvae bore in to his skin and started eating him alive! He had to go to one of the local doctors to have each one of them squeezed out. I am not lying!
