The Lyrics

Number 1,001... Somehow, it doesn't have the same "oomph" to it...
Our songs... on website
are so precious... on website
they have grown
they have grown

Although our songs... are still special
let's take a chance
and type away...
So there!

It's been too long since I took the time
to write these songs, ideas don't come so quickly.
But when ideas are coming
then old tunes I start humming.
The next thousand
it feels just like starting over.
(La la la la)
Starting over!

Everyday, these songs that smack at Shrub.
I'd rather write of Arwen's love, nice and easy.
Or songs of Yankee victories.
Or fun events of history.
The next thousand
it feels just like starting over.
(La la la la)
Starting over!

I write these take-offs alone.
Though some inspire me from... far away.
I type forever, all alone again
like I used to in the early days.
Well, well, well, darling...

It's been too long since I took the time
to write some stuff you all will find
very funny.

But when I see your comments
I love to keep them coming
again.
It feels just like starting over.
(La la la la)
Starting over!

Our songs
(doo da doo)
on website
(doo da doo)
are so precious
(doo da doo)
on website
they have grown
they have grown

Although our songs
(doo da doo)
are still special
(doo da doo)
let's take a chance
and type away...
So there!

(muffled in the background are recordings of oft-parodied songs)
Starting over!
(such as "American Pie," "Bohemian Rhapsody," "You're Beautiful," et al)
Starting over!

I should clear one thing up, although the lady in question either hasn't noticed, or has but doesn't care: Arwen's love is nice, but by no means is it easy. It must be earned.
