I avoid wearing my winter jacket whenever possible because it is way too big. I don't think i've put it on for almost 2 years... but now i might be forced to soon because of this terrible weather (i spent last winter in spain)
Some hate summer's sticky weather
That brings skeeters and bees
Some hate summer since the sweat pours
And makes them so thirsty
Some hate summer since they have to
Pay extra for A.C.
I say summer is a blast cause
I do not have to freeze
Cause it's hard to stay outdoors now
Without four winter coats
Cause its seems like minus four out
10 fahrenheit at most
If the summer's worse than this then
Soon pigs will be in flight
But they'll stay put in their pigpens
And I, of course, am right
When frostbite has claimed your pinky
And your nose is red and numb
If you say that summer's stinky
Then you show me that you're dumb
I can't wait to open windows
Cause the air in here is old

For real serious, this time: Glad you posted the reminder. Good job on the parody, too. Sorry I didn't vote on this the other day, I couldn't remember the tune, to save my life and didn't really want to try seeing as the original has always been like fingernails on chalkboard to my ears. I heard the song for the first time in a long time (not nearly long enough,) yesterday (not the first time Claude has demonstrated his spooky psychic powers) and it's still stuck in my head (probably also thanks to some sort of creepy C4P voodoo.) Anyway, definitely an improvement over the original. ...and again, summer seriously rules!! *big grin*
