laundry is the thing that will need to be dried
clean and soaking wet you put soap in, it's called Tide

you don't know how many times that I've just rolled it
and when it's on you will see just how much you have to fold it
you don't know how mmany times I wish that dry cleaning every item
of my laundry or I'll die.. yes it's true


laundry gets out stains like ketchup, grease and fries.
laundry is the reason women come to live with guys
though they'sre not gonne be the one to share my dryer
but they're welcome to sleep and I would like to try her
and if molly the maid is her I'll have to buy her
I'm not gonna be the one to share what
seems to be the work that's made my laundry
become part of hers...


oh I'm beginning to think that I'll soon have her found
the girl who could do my laundry
she'll wash the right amount of sweaters dried out till she's found
and I'll make her hear, make her see
that laundry's drivin me outta my mind

oh I could send it to the cleaners, but realise
that it's costly and stupid, don't you love your guy?
I'll say I love you as my clean jeans and my t-shirts dry
and all I want is to touch your face, your hands
and gaze in to your eyes..
