I've been thinking of doing a Hawkwind song for a while.... though I can't help wondering how many people are going to know this song.

Ex-actor now politician

Obscure song...great parody. "But how I speak, it can't be heloped" had me in stitches...555
a song about Arnie without one attempt at his accent, and containing the word "amanuensis" - 555 for achieving the double, Phil
Do you suppose his right-hand person is a girlie-amanuensis? Our clownish gov is easy to mock, but this one's very clever.
I just could't resist rhyming "amanuensis" with "president's is" (after I'd looked up what amanuensis actually means, of course)... but it's given me something to think about while driving to Hawkwind (something I don't recommend - you always end up going too fast)
DKTOS but the same thing happens to me when I drive to Motörhead. Speaking of which, since Lemmy played in Hawkwind for several years after having quit as bass player for Jimi Hendrix I really should know more or their songs, but apart from "Silver Machine" and "Motörhead" unfortunately I don't.
Excellent concept, very well done. I knew it would be brilliant the moment I saw the title.
