A truthful President? John Kerry hasn't been sworn in yet. Unless you mean President-elect-but-not-inaugurate Al Gore.
MALCOLM: Good job! The phrasing and rhyming was slightly strained (I see you kept the correct syllable count but some of the lines were shoehorned in.) But other than that, funny stuff! MICHAEL: John Kerry is a REALLY bad choice to tout as a "truthful" President. I lived in Massachusetts for a long time and Kerry is more two-faced than even Clinton. The man oozes slease. If you want to talk about an honest Democrat, Paul Tsongas was one. I couldn't stand the man's politics for a minute but I would have let him guard my money, my daughter and my life.
Michael, compared to Bill Clinton, Al Gore seems honest, but he is the man who claimed to have invented the Internet, claimed (during a Bush-Gore debate) that he visited a disaster site that he did not, denounced the horrors of smoking at the 1996 Democratic National Convention after telling a group of tobacco farmers that he was one of them, ...
