The Lyrics

Eat 'N Park - A burger and sandwich localized chain operating in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. I can remember frequenting this establishment in my teen years and waiting for service for which seemed an eternity. Click the links below if you are not familiar with this restaurant chain. Locations ______ Eat 'N Park
Sat all day at "Eat 'N Park",
Just thought I'd have some food on the fly.
Sat all day at "Eat 'N Park",
A burger and a small side of fry.
Menu glancing, telegraphing,
I scan to the ice cream.
Hoping to try 'em all.
Sit and fidget (read and scan)
And I've been waiting such a long time,
I sat all day.

Sat all day at "Eat 'N Park",
Seemed longer than the month of July.
Sat all day at "Eat 'N Park",
How long it takes a burger to fry?
Waiters balking, time's a whiling,
If I ran this lunch bar,
Pink slip one and all.
Fire up that range, my word!
Wrap your digits (round that pan)
'Cause I've been waiting such a long time,
Fry away.

Slow motion waiters duck and cover out the way,
My yawns man, should scan, been waiting here all day.
Bring my chicken at any cost,
At any cost.

Wait for days at "Eat 'N Park".
Takes all day for burgers to fry.
Wait for days at "Eat 'N Park".
Seems like days the staff is so spry.
Fries sit greasing, ain't no munching,
No food preparation.
Waiting, that is all.
If you want it, you can't get it,
Sit and fidget (on your can)
'Cause I've been waiting such a long time,
Sat all day.

Wow, tricky original song to parody, and you did a great job of it, Guy.

I ate there ONE time....the food was "okay" at best, and on the way out, I purchased some cookies in a little box. When I got out to the car, I opened the box to eat one, and they were MOLDY! Needless to say, I've never been back to "Eat 'N' Park"!

Seems as if time is twice as long when you are hungry, although some are just slow. 5's
