Parody Song Title:

"Peeled at a Bris"

Parody Written by:

Merry & Pippin

The Lyrics

Just a snippet.....
It's located near my thigh, such a bummer
Hoping the scalpel won't miss
It's just 'unneeded stuff' - Rabbi says it is better
Peeled at a Bris

Guess it's gonna lose the fold and be numb-er
Should I wail 'amen' to this?
Please spread on aloe creams, and it may feel better
Peeled at a Bris

Recast now like a helmet
To pare that foreskin's unfair
My fun anteater-shaped pole's through
They bobbed it - it's been laid bare!

Make the honeys more inclined for a hummer?
Sure be more fun to kiss
Oh with that sharpened edge, a day to remember
They peeled it at a Bris

(cutting violins)

"Benefits are many-fold" told my Mama
"More hygiene and cleanliness"
Comes then to push and shove, will my lays all be better?
Peeled at a Bris
Peeled at a Bris
Peeled at a Bris

Now that's what I'm talking about. A Bris, a moyel, and cinnamon babka. How gross and disgusting. 5-5-5

(May SOTM) Oh the irony, but I consider this one 'too short' . (You still get 5s)

Bobby Vinton did this? Yuck. I know the Brian Hyland version, which can't be much better. Anyhoo, I'm Jewish-recessive so I didn't know what a bris is - so I thought this was going to be about a drunk relative stripping at a bar mitzvah or something. Now I get it. Ouch. Great job - loved the hummer line.

Have I mentioned lately that you two hobbits create some of the best sound-alike rhymes on the site. Great work throughout. Fave line was definitely "Benefits are many-fold".

How did I miss this classic? Driven away from it by repressed memory, I suppose.
