All minority parties criticize the majority party for acting unilaterally, but I agree with MP on one thing: if you think your ideas are correct, then bilateralism is very much overrated. Unfortunately, many of the “ideas” of the current administration seem to be recycled socialist/fascist concepts that have been tried with undesirable results before.
