Song Parodies -> Recordings -> just some guy, 'strong enough - the other perspective' Comments

Feb 26
a parody of "strong enough" by sheryl crow
we were playing around recording the audio track one night and it took on a whole new meaning with a male singing it. it was pretty funny as it seemed the track was written word for word to be sung by a guy. it took off and we had thousands of downloads around the world so we shot a high quality music video at our studios. the seriousness of the tone of the song adds to the ridiculousness of the theme.

Bassman - July 19, 2018 - Report this comment
I did the same thing with my band Bass and a Cup of Joe back in the late 90's. Just changed the pronouns so it was like a guy singing to a girl who's in a tough spot - am I strong enough to be your man? The girls loved it!
