"Shakespearean Pie" by Spaff.com" a parody of "American Pie" by Don McLean
If Don McLean's biggest hit and William Shakespeare's biggest hit had a bastard child, it might look something like this. It's Amiright's first Song of the Year winner, and it's finally received the full Robert Lund treatment. The song will be featured on the Funny Music Project (TheFuMP.com) beginning February 15; until then, it's exclusively available on Below Average Dave's site, badave.com. Lend me your ears. I might give 'em back.

WOW. This has been one of my absolute favorite parodies for a long time (and I even actually used it last year as a study guide...) but this gives it an entirely new dimension. Fantastic!
The two cowboys I admired most , Dave & Jim said "Adios" the day the music died. . .
Nicole and I just listened to the recording. Robert Lund really outdid himself on that one. I admit that most of the gags went over my head, but I thoroughly enjoyed it none the less.

This.WAS.HILARIOUS. This was amazing, I loved it, and the changes in a few lyrics. Loved it! This might very well be the Superbad of Spaff recordings, and thats AWESOME
You have no idea how happy I am that a recording of this was finally made. :D
Thank you kindly for your comments, Cat & littleCC & Red Ant (and Nicole) & Luke & Jace! And Jackie: Your comment is vagtastic.
I've been trying to get Robert Lund to record this for over three years. He started it a few times but gave up because it's so long and hard. (That's what she said.) So I'm thrilled beyond repair that he finally succeeded. Now we can move on to simpler songs about farts and stuff.

LOL thanks Spaff and love the Thats what she said in your comment,
You can tell Robert the song was so long that it took me 5 months to sit down and listen to it. It was well worth the wait though. I do not regret it. Impressive and all that jazz as you are already aware. :-)
Thanks, Tim. Five months. That's all I ask for.
Well, five months and eight minutes.
