Song Parodies -> Recordings -> Phil Alexander, 'I've Got Body Hair' Comments

Mar 5
a parody of "I've Been Everywhere" by Johnny Cash
The title says it all... possibly my favourite recording so far, but very difficult to sing at speed. (mp3)

Thanks Jeff :-) I've performed this one, and it is kind of difficult. Needs practice..

Awesome recording! Although to do a real Johnny Cash you need to learn to sing a bit off-key and slur into some of the notes. Plus, sing a bit into the basement too. The ending was very Johnny-ish :-)

You know, I gave you first on SOTM, and of the actual parodies, you've got the best POTM to IMHO. . .you are so well rounded, and this one was a HARD song to sing.

Impressive. I know how hard these are to write having done one myself.

Heh heh, still have that ponytail, Philbo? Great recording -- you did a good job of singing it at speed.

Still one of my favorites, especially after it grossed a friend out =)
