Pretty darned good. Mr Lund didn't quite get the 'growl' that Hetfield did but I doubt even James could faithfully reproduce the TO sound of his own song anymore. I noticed a few lyric changes from the parody here; notably 'patsy' instead of 'pasty'. Anyways, great job with the song especially the prayer and outro parts.

Amazing, Mr. Lund!!! That had to be the best song I've heard of yours since Superfrog, nothing's better than hearing Kermit the Frog sing, "Jim Henson's Hand Inside Of Me!" But Enter Cupid was pretty sweet!!!

Nice timing with Valentine's day and stuff. Way to put the spite back into dating. I found the wedding vows and the reference to 'homeboy's hair' to be truly inspired. They say love is blind, but it's more likely that the little cherub can't shoot straight.

Thanx, y'all. I will relay your kind words to "Mr. Lund." And I hope that you all survived V.D. again this year.

Sorry, Spaff, I've been remiss in my listening lately. GREAT job all around on this one, both you and RL. - April 02, 2006 - Report this comment
Thanx, Rick. You and I should do another song one of these days. IF YOU DARE.
