July 7
a parody of "Be Our Guest" by Disney

That was friggin' hilarious! I loved it, escpecially the part with that Darth Vader breathing effect. I didn't understand much of what he (Darth) was singing though, but the rest of the lyrics were damn funny! One of the best Disney parodies I've heard in a while! :D

Love the tap-dancing sequence in the middle :-) I wonder if there's a "Vader Voice" effects plug-in for N-Track?

Excellent. Same comments on the Vader voice, but otherwise it was great! Great Tarkin accent, your attention to detail is amazing. When does the CD come out? =) One your personal site, or just a Star Wars site to which you submit?
Steven Cavanagh - July 28, 2003 - Report this comment is the biggest Star Wars fan site on the planet. I have my own corner of it, the Songbook of the Whills. At the time I was the net's most well known SW parody author (before the '96 special editions), so they agreed to host my official site. Anyone can submit songs to TFN's musical humor section, though.

The lyrics, and the imitation of the Disney singing style were both very good, except (as has already been mentioned) for the Darth Vader voice that defies understanding. The way the lyrics and voice just sounded so much like an old-fashioned noble host made it especially hilarious (the rolled R's helped too!)

Very good job. I especially loved the vader voice and the tap dancing. My parents are star wars we watch it all the time. You sound sooooo much like the really darth vader. Great job!
