The first part confused me. I thought it was gonna be about being molested at the physician's office - swallow the big load. As it went on, I understood it more. Funny stuff!

Bizarrely intruiging :) Like Yoidy, I was interpreting the first few lines somewhat differently to begin with !
There are some loose screws that need to be tightened otherwise your mind with go and its a streight jacket and a padded cell
In a word: stupid. Definitely not funny. Swallow the fellas big load? Sounds Gay! Really?
