the rewind on the v.c.r was dyin,
and it got so bad I had to have it fixed
but half way through my service
as the techie'd start to talk,
his accent seemed too fast to be for me,
I said to him,

now it broke my heart to tell this old Punjabi
that his accent was just too thick for this land
I had no way of knowin, that he didn't understand
a single word that came out there from me,
