A woman in France recently received the first partial face transplant, after her dog tore part of hers off.
She's growing a custom-made face,
She's getting new nose, cheeks, chi-in.
She growin' a custom-made bouche; [mouth]
Visage ripped by her pooch.
Her smiles, her frowns--mutt's in the pound--
La Mère Nature is in charge now.
Not bien what did her chien. [dog]
The doctors hope her genes won't reject
The flesh that came from a mec. [guy]
Certainment [surely] she'll never be
The same again. . .une bête? [beast]
The doctors bet she won't look
Like one; they hope to rejoice
At her custom-made face.
She comes to; first word the femme says
Is "merci". . .une française?!
New puss occludes French gene for rude?
It seems unnatural somehow.
She's not mesquine [mean] with a mec's mine. [mien]
A partial new face has this woman
But it's too early to fête

I hope her marriage works out, it's such a give for the husband to call her a two-faced bitch otherwise, and that would be a pity. Part from that I think this procedure's here to stay, there's an endless supply of donors in Japan and China, they have a whole culture going 'round the concept of "losing face"...
Is this what they mean by being, two-faced?...thought you might have made that reference in it, somewhere...but real good job, all the same..fives
