The Lyrics
I alluded to this fiasco last month in "Priggy." A bluenosed censor in one of the galleries where I exhibit placed a leaf over a pudendum in a painting by the featured artist. Then someone surreptitiously removed it. It appeared again but was removed again--and stayed off until the new featured artist mounted her exhibition.
The slot's got leaves,
But then they're winnowed:
The slot's sans leaves,
The bluenosed goal.
You see the lips;
The cover's missing.
"This should be banned!"
Cries an ahole.
Now they're gone away,
But not for long.
Next thing you see,
They're put back on.
Then they're missing;
The leaf wars have started:
The slot's got leaves. . .none at all.
So, they go away,
Next day they're on.
Idiocy is going strong
So, I'm dissing
Pipsqueak boors who started
The slot with leaves--
F**k 'em all!
