My the weather outside is dreadful,
And the water is so plentiful,
But since this is all they have,

It doesn't show signs of stopping,
And I've start spending some time hopping,
The clouds were all pretty cold,

When it finally stopped midnight,
How I hate the fact there's no snow!
But if you freeze with all your might,
On the way out I'll be cold.
The water is slowly freezing,
And, my dear, it's pouring again,
But as long I have that umbrella,

I noticed in your comment "you intended to submit some more but didn't have time", I will wait to grade it until you have submitted the full version--but this is a good start.
It didn't rhyme or fit the pacing, but i liked it.
Not bad Max; the rhyming is off a bit, as well as the pacing. If your second line was something like "It's driving me quite insane", you'd have perfect rhyming and (near) perfect pacing. Same with the verses two and four. Subbing something a bit different for all those"Let It Rain" would have made it funnier IMO. 444.
