Definately not your best stuff. Jack LaLenne is truly amazing. At 90 he looks like he's 20! I'm like you, out of shape. In fact, the last time I did a sit up was in the 6th grade when my teacher (a nun) yelled at me and said: "Patrick, SIT UP!"
