The Lyrics

The idea for this song came from an idea by Cat when I asked for ideas for a parody of "Gold Digger" by Kanye West (which samples this song). She came up with "Grave Digger" about Frankenstein. I took that idea (which was years ago, I'll admit) and made this parody out of it. Enjoy!
I made a monster
Called Frankenstein
Named after me
Oh yeah
Say, I made a monster
I had the time
Friends? Not me!
Oh yeah
Not quite a zombie
He's made of bits
I got from corpses
Smell like shit
I made a monster
Sewn from these parts
From cemet'ries
Oh yeah

That thing's destroyin'
Anything he touches
Goodbye tree
Oh yeah
Ol' Frank's destroyin'
Lotsa buildings, such as
KFC
Oh yeah
Frank is destroyin'
Eve'rything
That Ford GT's
History
I made a monster
He is in town
Destroyin' things
Oh yeah

[Sax solo by Frankenstein]

Why did I make him?
I don't know why
He just mumbles and grunts - yes
No words, it's just shite
He is tearin' up the streets
Not runnin', he's that strong
Although that monster's pace
Is damn fast for half a ton*

I made a monster
Named Frankenstein
Named after me
Oh yeah
I wish that I didn't
Create that life
So bad for me
Oh yeah
Oh he is a freak
He's about eight foot ten
Yeah, and I
Patented that
I made a monster
Feel like a clown
The town's hist'ry
Oh yeah

I never shoulda made Frank
I never shoulda made Frank
He's so mad, I'll go mad
Whoa yeah oh yeah oh
*Half a ton of muscle, bones and steel bolts. Not of fat. That's just silly, and not menacing in the least.

(Artistry) The video you provided was very difficult to use as a guide, due to Charles' vamping performance. Nevertheless, I got the gist of it. Perhaps the original recording would be best suited for future guide. Still, a 555 all around for a bluesy Boris Karloff characterization.

(Artistry) Neat idea, although "He's Not A Human" might have made for a better title sub. Good stuff.
