The following is written from the point of view of someone who does NOT believe that Mitt Romney is a lying sociopath who will say anything to get elected -- anything, that is, except "Tax the rich." I had to mess with the pacing on the title to make it work. It was either this, or use "forty-seven" in place of "Stairway to Heaven," or rewriting the Escape Club's "Wild Wild West" with its opening line of "Forty-seven deadbeats living in the backstreets."

Taxing the rich guy means he will have less money to buy what I have to sell or to hire me to do something for him. The government will just hand that money over to al-Qaeda to keep the war going or use it to pay the interest on its debt to China.
