I agree with you I don't like today's Disney Channel, I like the way The Disney Channel used to be when it was targeted at families instead of preteens and when they showed stuff like Going Home specials or shows about theme parks like Inside Out, or making of specials, or segments like Joke Time and Lucy In The Library. and I also miss it when they showed Non Disney movies on the network and It was so strange that even Raffi was on The Disney Channel I used to like his music until I was 7 years old but the only Raffi albums I like are Bananaphone, Evergreen Everblue, Raffi Radio, and Raffi On Broadway. I also miss the shows like Welcome To Pooh Corner, Dumbo's Circus, Under The Umbrella Tree, The Secret Life Of Toys, Adventures In Wonderland, Kids Incorporated, Mickey's Mouse Tracks, Donald's Quack Attack, and many others. also do you remember any of these : Lunch Box Music Box DTV
I agree with you, I don't like today's Disney Channel, I liked it when it was sophisticated and targeted at families instead of preteens, and little kids. also do you remember the special magazine The Disney Channel used to publish from 1983 to 1997? I have a couple of them and the last one I got was a full lot covering the full year of 1993. It was so strange that one of the issues had an article about Raffi. he's okay but Barney is worse.
I just want to clear something "American Dragon: Jake Long" is a new show that started Jan. 21'st. It is about this teen boy who has the ability to turn into a dragon. I think the show sux!!!!!!! and is killing Disney slowly but surely. It's like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meets magical creatures(because dragons, like turtles are reptiles and there's superpowers and magic creatures).

I'm guessing you are the demographic that Disney tries to sell to, and it's cool to see you don't give a toot about their mediocre entertainment. Seems like all cable networks start out cool, then they reformat themselves into populist crud later (same goes for AMC, A&E, Bravo, Nickelodeon, etc.). Unsolicited tip: parodies work better when they match the pacing of the song, which you missed in a couple lines. Take up the challenge to write more than 2 verses, too, next time. Nice work, anyhow.

I agree with you Chris Melton,and Lee Rasiel I don't like today's Disney Channel, I like the way The Disney Channel used to be when it was targeted at families instead of preteens, the Disney Chanel games are also lame, and to tell you the truth, just becuse you can put a top rated Disney Chanel star hedlining a movie does not make a better movie then the rest, It still SUCKS, good acting or not!! Oh, and Chris I do remember The Secret Life Of Toys, and loved it and miss it!!
F*** you Disney hater, I am sick and tired of all the criticism disney gets there's days. Like the last time my friend drew gay pictures of Aemrican Dragon wearing speedos and posing as a male stripper in s.1 dragon form. That's just like doing the same to the flintstones, only it makes....sense. I don't like criticism, but yet, go off saying what youw ant, this is Amemrica anyway, but don't come crying to me when you get boooed of the stage.
