Nothing makes you feel uglier than the 24 hour flu. But, Guy why did it have to be the spanish rice, one of my all time favorites! lol
It was the only thing I could think of that both paced and rhymed that you could reasonably eat.

I'd thought of doing a "Puke and Hurl" myself after some bad leftovers disagreed with me the other night--but it seems two parodists have already beat me to it, 5-5-5.
Awwwww! You must have written that song JUST FOR ME! I loved it, its way batter than the real one! Like EVEY one knows how to puke and hurl, but who knows who the Duke of Earl is? not me!
