When you have the flu there's no pastime as good as a reliable First Person Shoot'em Up on your PC. You don't have to think that much (though my head did actually stay pretty clear this time, except the day it peaked), just aim at anything that moves and fire away. And with big snotglobs running down your face and falling to the ground you can easily identify with the hero as he has to wade through puddles of radioactive, green goo. But enough of putting charming intro pictures into your head, here's the song and it's about Half-Life:
