According to Keith Jackson, ABC Sports legend, the greatest of all college football broadcasters and a Georgia native, Thanksgiving "is the day the waistline takes a whuppin' and ancient rivalries are replayed." As for the two largest teams in the Peach State, the University of Georgia (a.k.a. UGa, the Bulldogs, the Dawgs, red and white, in Athens) and the Georgia Institute of Technology (a.k.a. Georgia Tech, the Yellow Jackets, the Jackets, the Ramblin' Wreck, white-blue-and-gold, in Atlanta)... Jackson, who perhaps wisely went across the country to attend Washington State, said, as he has about many other rivalries, "These two teams just... don't... like each other!"
