i've fallen for this parody and i'll get up and give ya fives
Not bad, although I can do without the Li'l Abner grammar. BTW, many artists including Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris have released this great song, but I believe Hank Locklin had the original.

and TR ----True, Hank was the first, but on entry admission form it says, both "Original performer name" and "Who did the version you're parodying" I chose Dolly, because of name recognition
