This is about the great 1950 movie done by Ray Harryhausen, not the inferior 1998 remake.
Folks, how here's the story 'bout one big gorilla
Don't mean the one that fought Godzilla
He was the one that they could not kill
But Joe had a thing for a girl named Jill
Mighty-mighty mighty Joe
Fighty-fighty-fighty-no!

Now, old Joe became a big club attraction
He tug-o-war with muscle action
He hold up Jill on the piano
And "Beautiful Dreamer" make him mellow

Mighty-mighty Joe!
Then three drunks give Joe an over dose of bourbon
He get tipsy and he start disturbin'
They bust him out put him in a big van
Drive him down back road followed by "the man"

Then at night they came upon an orphanage on fire
Was a kid on top, was about to expire
Joe climbed up a tree he was so stop-animated

Damn good song and a great parody too!! Adagio... watch the original Blues Brothers movie and you'll get a great visual as well as an earful of talent. I was fortunate enough to catch CC making an appearance on Sesame Street years ago. He was awesome!!
