He keeps on naming lots of czars

When the bureaucracies get too big to run
It happens a lot in Washington
Thet won't scale back and they won't cut down
That's not the way they do things in that town
And so when a mess has gone too far
They simply go appoint a czar

There's czars now for Infotech, Drugs, and Energy
For "Stimulus-Accountability"
For Faith-Based, Terrorism, Gitmo-Closing
The list keeps growing and it is imposing
I'll wish all the czars up in their lofts
Don't end up like the Romanovs

The real czars were monarchs, absolute autocrats
And they were in no way democrats
While they could rule without reason or rhyme
The Russians knew - one czar at a time!
And though for our government I'm rootin'
The only true czar left is Putin

And as Obama strives to appoint
Many new czars he will annoint
I hope he'll remember this point
That he is only naming czars
There'd better not be commisars!
