Parody Song Title:

"Steer Parts, Pig Brains, and Scrapple"

Parody Written by:

Airfarcewon

I love those steer parts, pig brains, and scrapple
Down at the market store
Because those steer parts, pig brains, and scrapple
Are so good I just holler, "More!"

Throw in some beef tripe
It's great on Monday
Some pickled pigs feet toes
Then add some hog jowl
I'll scarf down one day
And pidgeon beaks and
Wings from crows..

I get so hungry each time
I think about
All the great exotic foods that I adore
I love those steer parts, pig brains, and scrapple
They're so good I just holler, "More!"

There's no place I'd rather go
Than downtown in Kokomo
Where a friendly butcher smells and says hello
Warm blood sausage, what a treat
Lots of rare and real weird meat
Might order up some ox-tail soup to go
(I love those steer parts)
Pig brains and lots of scrapple
(There's sawdust on the floor)
I'll have some steer parts, pig brains and scrapple
Wrap these and give me ten pounds more..

They call me good cook
I fry on Monday
Octopus pie has charms
Great smells from my house
Show it's fun day
By trigger'n the smoke alarms

I get the hungries each time I think about
All these tasty foods that in my mouth I'll shove
Just love those steer parts, pig brains and scrapple
I'll share them, if you also love..

I'll share them, if you also love

Your foods are tame compared to "balut". If you want to know what this is go to this link on wikipedia. I don't think the Wiki article explains that the food item is buried and allowed to ferment first. Here is the link:

Wonderfully written and I have eaten fried pork brains years ago. This is a favorite food of Iowa. They are actually quite good but I don't believe it is legal to sell nervious system parts from farm animals anymore due to mad cow desease. Well done - this rocks.
