Hey there Mr PeKing, here in NorCAL we've been given sooo much moola from China in the way of low interest mortgages. Result : Sky-high prices for homes! . . . not very stimulating to the Economy, Sir L'Air de Farce, Duke 0'Edge, Marquis au PeKing.
