The Lyrics
I always thought the song was called "Into the Great White Open," and today I thought up this shark parody of the song. The first verse is all made up, while the other verses tell the story of the creation of Jaws. Enjoy!
Freddy waited till he finished high school
Tried oceanography and got a degree
He saw a shark the day he started his job
And it's mouth was wide open
Thought he'd get eaten up before he reached shore
He couldn't handle seeing the ocean floor
He saw that great white shark had eaten a snack
The guy was soon in it

The man, it mistook for food

Then Peter Benchley, he created a book
He sold the movie rights to some guy named Steve

First line with "Freddy" and "High School" made me think that this was gonna be about Freddy Kreuger and some bad naightmares. Intentional? Kudos if so!
Though Jaws 4 was the really bad movie, and racist too, the shark ate a lot of white people but spit out the only black.
