Go Kristof, go Kristof, go Kristof! And I have to give Ricki credit: As tawdry as her show got at times, she had two opportunites (that I can remember) to do a show where she gave birth on the air, and chose not to try it. Ant: "Hairspray" (now a Broadway musical), "Cry-Baby," "Serial Mom," "Cecil B. Demented," and "A Dirty Shame."
