A friend of mine once said "the more offensive a parody is, the better it is". I don't totally agree with that, but the offensiveness of this song works in its favor.
Huff, I like your work but this IMO is a bit in poor taste. The pacing and rhyming are good but off in a few places, noteably "Environmentalists always shed a tear" doesn't scan too well to "Space may be the final frontier" and a few others. I am all for making fun of people who were born and are now retarded, but making fun of those born retarded is something even Carlos Mencia wouldn't do. No vote.
Eh, yeah I know it's off a bit, but I couldn't work anything else into that line that was still on the topic. And yes, natural retards aren't really a good joke, but there have been alot of songs that do what I have done here. And really, I wasn't making fun of them, It just fit with the song well. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I will probably go to hell for this one, but I don't give a damn!!! Peace out Red.
