The Lyrics

Decided to parody this OS for Ages In Amiright Event 3 after listening to Germs by Weird Al whilst washing the dishes. Yes, I have problems.
I'm livin' way Down Under
December has no thunder
Because December's summer
I've never seen a Hummer

Help me; this heat has nuked me insides
Help me; the sweat stained my new shirt
Help me; and ev'ry time I take a fall
I land in a big pile of dirt

I am still staying here in Adelaide
Although it may still have its bad points
Although I use about a ton of Raid
On all the mozzies that come
I think that Aussie's the bomb!

You can have a sausage sizzle
Anytime, it's all agreed
You can't have a Burger King meal
Hungry Jacks is what you need

Help me; I'm gonna pass out
Help me; Now where is Pirates 3?
Help me; It ain't released yet
But it will get to you Yanks first

I'm tempted to move to the USA
It has more movies and Transformers
I'm sick of taking this crap ev'ryday
It's all a whole bunch of rot
I still love Aussie a lot

Aussies rejoice
We're young and free
Our golden sand land
Is girt by sea
We've Nature's gifts
Both rich and rare
So now Advance
Australia Fair
Guess where I pulled the last bit from, eh? That bit may be hard to pace, as it's sung really low and soft.

(AGES) This was even better than Men At Work's "Down Under"! Took some mad skilz to change the dreaded "I wanna ****" lines into something completely different...I had to read the lyrics very carefully to match it up, and lo, it did pace, and I saw that it was good.

This one's good, mate, especially after the drought and firest fires killed off about all of what makes Aussie Aussie.---MM

(AGES) I'll have to try this again later, I love the OS, and Agi says it paces perfectly so maybe I misread/sang it. . .because for me many parts didn't pan quite right. It was funny though--I didn't rate it because I couldn't get it too pace quite right, not terrible pacing, but enough to where I couldn't perform this one. . .again though I'll try again before I actually rate the song, maybe I'm just off at the moment.
