I danced ballet for ten years and decided to quit. I felt I wasn't progressing and believed I couldn't pick up on choreography as fast as I should. I was becoming very discouraged, and school was only becoming much more difficult. After quitting, I gained a lot of weight due to an eating disorder. During this time, after ruining any chances I had with my crush, "Abe," Abe transferred any potential love interest he had for me to the slender "Tina." Tina had just learned ballet, and I could tell she was going to be a much better dancer than me in no time. Abe gave her flowers at the dance show we were both in, to my disappointment.
