good to see you back Martha - I dunno if this was satirical, but I for one sympathised a little with Martha, and don't mind at all that her career is rollickingly back on track - 555
Hi Stuart to be honest I was really focussed on Arthur Anderson in this one ..Martha came to mind more because of the rhyme potential with Arthur. sorry Martha! ... I think that she was a very soft target for the SEC to go after .the issue of whether trading on the basis of information about how othes are trading is actually insider dealing is not exactly clear cut in the US or the UK... which is of course why they went for obstruction of justice .. the SEC is still after her with a live case and she is using the same defence of a pre existing arrangement with her broker...to sell if the price fell below a certain point ...which is somewhat implausible!!
