Parody Song Title:

"B.K. Moon"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

When the sun goes down
And you drive through town
The fast food places are all lit up--
The whole world turns to food

Pizza and burger joints line the street
Drive-thru's and eat-in's
Where people meet
They sit back and watch the world go by

Against a dark skyline
I saw the light of a B.K. moon

So if you lose your taste for tacos
Fish baskets, subs, and hot dogs
Realize your burger dreams
Beneath the beams of a B.K. moon

I think of this whole town
As a neon sign--
Places to stay, and places to dine
It all seems surreal
When you're out at night

No telling how many whoppers have been flipped
Or how many Pepsi's have been sipped
or how many french fries have been consumed
Oh, it's good and bright
Beneath the light of a B.K. moon

Repeat Chorus

The drive-thru lines flow on with ease
Give me a Whopper, Jr. with bacon, please
And ketchup and mayo,
And pickle chips, too

Oh, I'll be alright
As long as there's light
From a B.K. moon

Repeat Chorus

Realize your burger dreams
Beneath the beams of a B.K. moon

I meant to say at the top of the parody--that I was driving the other night and saw, at the top of a very tall pole, a round Burger King sign, glowing in the sky like a moon. I don't see these round ones on every Burger King, but this one really looked like a moon
