The Constitution prohibits punishing one person for the crime of another. Someone needs to look at this aspect of the issue.

Why does the debate go on? Because the law puts fingers within easy reach of triggers. I respect your views, but don't try to make it a fait accomplis. It's not over by a long shot (pun unintended).
