From what I've read there's more going on in New Orleans than just a natural disaster. I think the latest stories are that those who are still holding out in New Orleans are going to be forced to leave. If confronted with gunfire, soldiers were told to shoot to kill. What kind of place requires military presence to handle the aftermath of a hurricane?
