Don't deny
Give me the pen, darling
I have smashed up my Volvo
can't you understand
I could claim some cash
Everybody does it
Shall I make an insurance claim?

Free money,
Completely tax fee, darling
I was cruising through Shropshire
I drove into a tree,
Could I make a claim?
Or am I only scheming
Or could I make an insurance claim

Make a claim, don't you take the blame,
My dear wife is so lonely
Our accounts are such a strain
Our debts are through the ceilings

5's for a song whose claim to excellence cannot be denied

I deny it, Tim. I hate the original! (As in my parody "Eternal Song.") But this is good. And I like your screen name. It sounds like a great name for a band, unless of course Captain Fantastic himself decides to sue.

Funny adaptation of this song, great work. TOS was my favorite song when I was a wee toddler, so I paced upon emotional sense, pacing worked sufficiently. (people might knock me over the head for saying pacing was sufficient, I dunno what it is, there's some stretching to be done, but pacing works). I enjoyed. :)
