Thanks, guys :-) Leb - it's something I aim for: if you can use the original words but in a different context, such that they mean something different, or in this case apply to something different... that makes for the "perfect" parody, in theory anyway.
My Mother (God rest her soul) was allergic to cats, so when I read this parady, I was thinking of my Mother. It made me laugh. At the same time, it brought tears to my eyes. I miss her sooooooooooo much! (sniff) (sob) (blow)!
