The Lyrics

Anyone who has helped to raise a small child will relate to this parody.
I just feel like playing with your head tonight
I'm bored
I will be the most annoying person in all your life
I'm bored
Can your hear me calling out your name tonight?
I'm bored, I'm bored

Well, you told me we'd be playing
A game of Candyland
And I have to go wee-wee again
I'm so sorry that I spilled the jam
After all, I'm just a 3 year-old kid
With blonde hair and conniving eyes
So you better listen, or I'll pinch your skin
Or even something else not nice!

I just feel like playing with your head tonight
I'm bored
I will be the most annoying person in all your life
I'm bored, I'm bored

Well, I want MAMA!
Or my Dada, now hurry! (hurry, hurry, hurry...)
A drink, will you go get?
It's my bedtime, not playtime--no argument! (-ment!, -ment!, -ment!...)
Yet, I don't know the reason why I am whining so (so, so, so..)
Maybe just to watch TV
My brain's a bit slow, it still doesn't know
The thing called Child Psychology

I just feel like playing with your head tonight
I'm bored
I will be the most annoying person in all your life
I'm bored
I just feel like playing with your head tonight
I'm bored
I will be the most annoying person in all your life
I'm bored
I just feel like playing with your head tonight
I'm bored
I will be the most annoying person in all your life
I'm bored
(ad nauseum...)

Y;know truth be told, no! I have helped raise a couple, though. (BTW,, note to Mr Ones Man, get a clue!)

The main reason I HATE kids! I mean their worse than cats, because at least cats just want to do what they want and they can handle it for themselves, kids want to do what they want, and they can't take care of it theirselves. Good observations Aggy.

I adore my nephew & niece, and their exploits as toddlers will forever be etched in my heart! They were so sweet, even when naughty! Sir Matthias, you will change, once you become a Dad! ~LCC

(K) Loved the last two lines of the last verse especially. Excellent writing, even bettered by the fact this is one of your earlier parodies. A LOT better than TOS. 5s

I had a slight tear in my eye reading this. I lost a daughter as you may know. It brought back a lot of memories when she was three and we were in Japan. She had the blondest hair and the bluest eyes. And yes sometimes she would get bored and I miss that so much. Nice write. You hit my sensitivities in a nice way. Thank you Agri. Excellent write..

A clever, cute, and well-constructed parody.

(ABC4K) and by my calculations this was before you became a dad, wasn't it, Ag? - very accurate foresight, and i recall those days well, although they vanish from the now just as quickly, sadly - 555

(ABCK) Guy, that's really sad. . .and how ironic that Agri's song was about a three year old with Blue and Blonde hair, my humblest condolences to you. . .Agrimorfee. . .this song was very well paced, and although I think it was more cute than funny, you touched someone with it, and for that I commend you. . .great job.

(ABC) Hmph, I was never like that as a kid...let's only hope that I'm as fortunate when I have kids in the future. Nice job.

ABC- I don't have kids yet myself, but from babysitting my nieces and nephews, I can say this parody is very accurate and funny. Well done, Agri.

The singing/feel of the original brings the feeling of a tired dad, and your new words brings the reason for him being it, hence very nice use of this 80s plague/hit IMHO.
