| Original Song Title: | "Billie Jean" |
| Original Performer: | Michael Jackson |
| Parody Song Title: | "Peanuts 2#(Peggy Jean)" |
| Parody Written by: | Joel Martinez |
One thing I'm glad about is that nobody tried to steal my idea about the title for this song. For those of you who aren't that much of an obsessed fan of Peanuts like me (primarily 98% of the people who come to amiright, not counting FussBudgetVanPelt of course), Peggy Jean is Charlie Brown's girlfriend he met while he was at summer camp (as seen on either one of the Peanuts' 1990 strips, or the Cristmas special "It's Christmas Again, Charlie Brown!"), and who he fell in love with when the little red haired girl kept on turning him down. As long as you all don't focus on the very last part of the chorus, ya'll will be able to keep on thinking of Charlie Brown as the nice sensitive dude he is(and not as the pervert I am to include such thing for my own disgusting humor), so enjoy! :D
She was really a pretty girl, from another world
But then she told me that pretty girls are human too
Didn't mean, it that way, I'm just shy
She said she's human too
Charlie Brown, is a shy, kind of guy
She told me her name was Peggy Jean, Like a come-true dream
I told her mine was Brownie Charles, and boy was I flipped
Gonna faint, on the floor, near the crowd
Linus always told me, be careful who you choose
Don't go around making it too hard now
Cause people all accuse me, of wishy washyness
All because the red haired girl was, the first to cause this stress
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Not just a girl, but
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
That I bought just for her
But although she got them first
Fourteen strips and a Christmas short, "bout with me and her
But when she came to the football game
It was the same
Cause it reminded me of Lucy
She dumped me for the fuzz
Know that I should have gave her my trust
(Gave her trust)
I sat on the pier starting to cry, when upon my side
She said, "I could never be mad at you, Brownie Charles"
"You're the nicest boy I've ever met" no grief
After that she kissed me, oh boy was I in joy
I went to the phone, to tell Linus of it
When I heard someone answer, they said it was obscene
Embarrassing to see, twas talking to Lucy
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Not just a girl, but
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Not just a girl, but
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Not just a girl, but
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
An angel from above
Though by then she had the gloves
Someone I am in love
Prettier than a white dove
Someone I am in love
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Peggy Jean, oh man I'd do her
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Peggy Jean, oh man I love her
Peggy Jean, good grief I love her
But then she told me that pretty girls are human too
Didn't mean, it that way, I'm just shy
She said she's human too
