The Lyrics
While researching for the challenge of creating a Madonna parody with the topic of a comic book or cartoon character, I came across a Marvel character I never heard of, and found his story to be quite intriguing. An African-American bullied 13-year old who gains super strength and stamina after exposure to a toxic waste spill. Maybe another hero to add to the Cinematic Universe if Disney starts running out of fresh ideas? Perhaps. Interesting! I never heard of Rage before but he sounds like a great character... Even if he dated his sister. What?!?! Well done shining light upon the undiscovered
@Matthias...Thanks for the praise. No, no, no, I wasn't saying he dated his sister. I was suggesting that Rage hook up with Shuri, T'Challa's sister! (Age difference I can't vouch for, but there was a 5 year gap for Anakin and Amidala, so...)
It's always good for nostalgia to be made remember that there once was a golden age/time/culture where toxic waste credibly could give you superpowers and access to The Avengers instead of supermalign cancers and superangry enviromentalist rallies. The backstory here made me think of the movie Toxic Avenger.
I can imagine Rage and the Silver Surfer on the waiting list for the MCU. Great job on the Rage parody!
I know a train driver (we don't call them engineers over here) named Halliday but he ain't no super hero. That said, anyone named Elvin Haliday deserves something in life, being a super hero dude seems a fitting reward :)

Had to go look this one up. After reading about Dung Beetle Boy I thought we had another fictional hero. But I see that he is in a comic created in 1990. So I guess he predates the Rage that I knew about, which was a comic book character created by one of the Characters in QAF. Looks like they ripped off the original! ;-D Anyway, good parody and informative!
