It was chipper and confusing. I was just wondering why the people would be wearing burkas. Im taking it as though your are speaking of the burka wearers of the Congo and Zaire. and the fact that the AIDS virus or HIV is rapily spreading there is why you figure they are wanting to have sex so badly.
