The actors that you mention are none other than Corbin Bleu and Alison Brie. Monterey Jack is a major character on Chip n Dale's Rescue Rangers (1989) because he is a mouse who gets into trouble after he finds a food item with cheese inside. Disney named him after some kind of cheese. It should stay that way.
