Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I used to think dating was choring, and really it is
But I just found out the best way, I'll ensure it's a bliss
Now every time I check in my inbox there's the gold you call spam
I hardly can handle all housewifes that comes for a wham

I've dated the airy (no rave)
I've dated a fairy (no slave)
I've dated the hairy (no shave)
Them I really felt fur...
Hey, just wait now...
Them I really felt for
Hell yeah!

I've come to know love is for sale and that's freakishly fun
And I don't wanna spend my wallet just a-bleedin' for one
I'm not going back to the circuit, or back on queer eye, no-no-no!
I'm finding my poontang online and I don't have to lie, oh yeah!

I've dated for hardcore (in string)
I've dated a crack whore (a fling)
She'd split through the backdoor (ka-ching)
And left with my dough...
Hey, just wait now...
She left with my dough
Yes, ehh... No-No!
She left with my... Damn!!!

Dated my brains out...
Dated my brains out...

I'm getting love, I'm getting love, I'm getting love for a few bucks
I'm getting love, I'm getting love, I'm getting love at online flux

Dated my brains out, spam wise
Dated my brains out, spam wise

I've dated Osama (No Shit!)
I've dated a Llama (no spit)
I've dated YOUR mama (no clit)
But she came anyway...
Yes, I tell you
She came to our date
I'll tell, I'll tell, I'll tell you again
She came to our date
Oh yeah!

She came to berate...
(The following, last part of the final chorus is, just like the previous line, only whispered).

Pretyy good, "felt fur" and "felt for" was good word play (though I think you meant "fell for" in the 10th line) and great rhyming. The Osama/llama couplet was TMI. ;-)

Thanx Alvin and Red Ant. As for fur that's what I felt when I copped the first feel, and then pity, but I got over it and moved along to the even hairier Usama and Llamas without hesitation. ;-)

How is it that this has only three votes? Was there another Amiright vote crash I didn't hear about? This is hilarious, Peter. You should cite these choruses in your FAQ as an example of how much you can do with repetitive originals. And you could have left the whoa-ohs as whoa-ohs, but instead you made them the best part of the parody. Ka-ching.

Thanks Spaff, I'm sooo glad you mentioned what I done with the whoa-ohs, varying them and the repetetive lines in the chorus was where this parody started, I got the idea while out running last summer and came up with 4-5 x those three lines before I got back home, and then I lost the paper I've doted them down on! Though I don't think the/this second writing session on it was for anything else than the better! :-)

SOTM - Weird, I'll give ya that. Not sure I followed the logic very well here.

(SOTM) I see my initial comment was less than glowing which I'm about to correct. I too noticed and liked the variations for the "Whoa-oh" parts. The 'your mama' line is impossible to refute without incriminating oneself. Also loved "...poontang online and I don't have to lie" and "I've dated a crack whore". You scare me a bit Peter, which is cool.

(SOTM) Hilarious, Peter! "She'd split through the backdoor (ka-ching)" and the Osama line were my favorites. High Fives!

(SOTM) You dated Osama...wow. I didn't know you were that desperate. Interesting parody...have you looked into therapy?

Would that have been the Dalai Llama, by any chance?

Ditto on the "whoa-oh" lines; that was great. But don't you be talkin' bout my llama that way.
